My name is Jonathan White. In 2004 I started in a busy London Estate agency as a Sales Negotiator. I learnt a lot about the property industry very quickly and decided to move back to my home town of Canterbury in 2005. I started working for a large local independent estate agency and worked my way up the ladder from being a Sales Negotiator all the way to working in their Training Department.

I enjoyed training estate agents but was missing the contact with customers, so in 2014 I made the decision to become a qualified Mortgage Advisor. Because of the environment I trained in, I have been very lucky with the experience I’ve had and have been able to successfully deal with a wide range of situations for people, helping to grow my knowledge and skills within the mortgage industry.

That being said, because I was dealing with a high volume of clients, I was missing the ability to spend TIME with people and to really HELP each person individually. That is why I decided to start my own company where I can meet people in the comfort of their own home and to take that time to work out the best way to put people in the best financial position with their mortgage.

 

Most people worry about money and when they come to move home it can be the biggest source of concern. My goal is to take away as much of that worry as possible by offering:

• From the whole of the Intermediary mortgage market,

• Looking at a range of Life Insurance, Critical Illness and Income Protection products, rather than just one

• Helping with Solicitors, Surveyors and Wills

 

It gives me great satisfaction to help people move ahead with their lives and minimise their financial stress.
